To make trades via the Internet, click the appropriate navigational link on the Contest website, login using your username and password (if you haven't already done so), make your trades as needed, submit the trades and record the confirmation number you receive for them.
Player trades are also accepted via toll-free number or voice mail (888-611 SACK) and fax (314-991-1564).
During the Contest, trades must be made each week before 11 AM CT on Saturdays. If a school plays before Saturday at 11 AM CT, players from that school will be locked at the kickoff of their game. To view the game schedule, click here.
The first deadline for making player trades during the Contest is 11 AM CT on Saturday, September 12, 2009, or kickoff for players in games that start prior to Saturday, September 12, at 11 AM CT.
Trade none or up to all 12 players every week. For each trade made during the Contest, a trade token is required. Trade tokens cost 1 for $2, 10 for $15, or 40 for $50.
Before the Contest begins (at kickoff on Saturday, September 5th, 2009), all trades are free and unlimited.
Teams are ranked overall by averaging the number of team points per game. The best 10 weeks are used to determine standings.
The weekly score is the total points accumulated for all 12 players. Players will score points using the
FantasyCup.com College Fantasy Football scoring system:
Touchdown (thrown and scored) - 6 points
Each 10 yards passing* - 1 point
Each 5 yards rushing** - 1 point
Each 5 yards receiving** - 1 point
Extra Point (kick) - 2 points
Field goal - 3 points
Points are awarded in all categories for all players. For example, if your QB rushes for 100 yards, or if your RB throws a TD pass, OR your WR kicks an extra point, you get those points.
Points are not awarded for defensive (interception, fumble recovery) or Special Teams (punt, kickoff return) touchdowns.
*0.1 Point awarded for each passing yard
**0.2 Point awarded for each rushing or receiving yard
The highest average score of the 10 best weeks will be used to determine standings. The lowest 3 weekly scores are dropped. The entry with the highest ten best week average finishes first.
